To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期同屋企人去咗觀塘陶源酒家飲茶，見到佢哋最近出咗一個奢華美點薈萃點心套餐(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) 有八款點心，用一個精緻鳥籠裝住，打卡一流🥰🦢奢華美點薈萃三層架點心 $268最底層有原隻鮑魚燒賣、金箔原隻鮮蝦餃、嫩滑鮮蝦菜苗餃同姬松茸遼參粉果😝 啱啱新鮮蒸好熱辣辣，蝦餃大大粒，入面嘅蝦肉彈牙爽口。原隻鮑魚燒賣有大大粒鮑魚，真材實料👍🏻👍🏻中間嗰層有安格斯和牛天鵝酥同小梨子咸水角，兩款點心嘅造型都好特別，好有心思。❤️ 和牛天鵝酥造型獨特，酥皮好鬆化，入面全部都係和牛肉，加咗黑椒汁好惹味。鹹水角用梨嘅形狀都好得意🍐 煙煙韌韌幾好食。最頂層係甜點，有朱古力鴛鴦奶皇包同養顏紅棗糕。第一次是朱古力奶皇包，朱古力同奶黃嘅味道互相平衡，有驚喜。‼️🐖西班牙黑豚腩叉(例) $168食完個點心set之後就叫咗啲小菜同屋企人share😆 呢個黑豚腩叉值得一試，叉燒半肥瘦，好香蜜糖味，啖啖肉好好食。😋🤎鮑汁鳳爪(份) $58媽媽好鍾意食呢一個鮑汁鳳爪，鳳爪有成7,8隻，煮到好淋好入味。🥭鮮芒腸粉 $38最後叫多個甜品，呢一個鮮芒腸粉入面係芒果布甸，有好多芒果肉，甜度啱啱好。٩(˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́)و
