To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗一個Beef steak fujitas同一個Avo Chicken Salad, 兩樣都非常失望，尤其個Beef Steak Fujitas, presentation已經麻麻，份重少，仲要味道非常一般，不值一試。至於個salad, 冇嘢讚，亦冇嘢彈。我大約6:30入座，人唔多，但個女侍應有啲發夢，叫咗兩杯水都可以唔記得，放到埋枱又倒瀉咗啲水。下次再去嘅話會試其他嘢，我見隔籬枱嗌咗個三文魚，賣相都唔錯。
