To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇YouTube 有片介紹，特別推介每晚有特別叮叮叮🔔時段，分別有龍蝦🦞、斧頭扒等。特意訂座和太太來試吓。餐廳環境好大盤花膠鮑魚，但味道一般，不算太好食。凍海鮮比較弱，蟹腳🦀️及螺好淡味，反而啲蝦🦐就幾爽口。燒牛🐂肉一般，鵝肝及三文魚好好味😋吞拿魚好唔掂，其他刺身ok.熱食都幾多選擇，條魚好滑。最後食埋甜品🍮，都等唔到叮叮叮🔔🤣。有啲失望，但咪我誤會咗只是星期六日及公眾假期才有，平日沒有。人均消費$600，都合理。
