Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失望在招牌菜完全未到水準

大不同時時排長龍，見食評又唔錯，終於有d凍，可以試下煲仔飯。一坐低侍應就提醒我要叫左煲仔先，整要30分鐘。等左10分鐘先上個咕嚕肉，幾大盆，有好多冰，下層係d溶左既冰水，防止d咕嚕肉濕dead dead 可惜食落d咕嚕肉都係濕濕地，外層好脆，個粉雖然好厚，但口感唔錯。不過入面舊肉就顯得好細舊，又冇咩味，相比李公x既冰鎮咕嚕肉仲差好遠🙈 d生果都好酸，所以唯一可取既外層真係好脆，其他方面都令人失望。隔左一陣上埋個飯，侍應幫手倒豉油合埋個蓋焗一陣。有臘腸潤腸各三條，臘腸超級咸，肉質怪怪，我食左一條頂唔順。潤腸好少少，但都唔好味。豉油唔香，飯冇飯焦。整體仲失望過食咕嚕肉煲仔飯我都係食返西環坤x算⋯⋯
