To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當日下午1530時,我同太太到呢間極度吸引的食店食飯,並感到非常開心,因不用排隊,但可惜失望而回!其中最失望的係日本極上和牛牛肋片($99HKD 6片)食日本極上和牛牛肋片的第一片,就已經極失望,因為有根,黐牙,有渣,點賣99元?於是向店員查詢,想搵經理問下,點知職員話:有問題我幫你。我問日本極上和牛牛肋片係邊度黎,係A幾?點知話:日本!我其後終於搵到經理,再問之下,我覺得佢都係唔知食品來源地,只知係A4,最後由我講係咪鹿兒島,佢就話係。食完呢次,我都唔會再去。
