賣相還好,排骨既味道都夠入味,同時亦夠軟。
其實預計既味道都會係中規中矩,唔會有太過特別既地方。但我認為最基本既要求係麵線要夠新鮮同唔好放得太耐,而今次太與就正正做唔到呢點:


麵線底部大部分痴成一舊,只有上面既麵線睇似正常。
冰鎮奶茶表現十分好,冰放外面唔會沖淡奶茶味道,同時奶茶亦夠香同滑,奶同茶比例合適。



To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
