To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚同阿爸兩個人落左樓下食晚飯,由於阿爸鍾意食中式同燒味,所以就去左太興到食飯。太約差不多7:45分左右入到去,本來想叫叉燒并燒肉,點知兩樣都賣晒😨😨😨,得返切雞同燒鵝,所以最後無叫燒味,炒左2個小菜食。炒左個西蘭花魚塊同蝦醬鮮魷通菜,再加左個豬肺湯。個魚塊都炒得唔錯,夠鑊氣,西蘭都夠淋。蝦醬通菜就咸咸地,剛好餸飯食。豬肺湯都幾鮮甜,有啲杏汁咁,而湯入面都有幾舊豬肺,算落足料。另外,阿爸就跟餐叫左杯熱奶茶,聽佢講都幾滑。整體食物唔錯,但燒味太早賣晒,所以食唔到。
