To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 都係O個句,太興既早餐相信係油塘番工和居民既選擇之一,因為根本無咩選擇$31 ,價錢比茶記貴少少,但係呢度舒適一點寫住係豬骨湯,但係飲落都有幾分似雞湯,通粉無煮過熟仲有點口感,加上火腿既咸香同食,味道算係不錯,湯既味道亦無咁假.同埋佢加左菜絲,起馬有意識扮下健康一點.如果通粉可以係大大舊粗坑那款更佳(個人口味)嫩滑既炒蛋蛋味一般,但係蛋既生熟度做得出色,約8分熟有蛋汁簡簡單單既早餐都可以係美味既
