太興燒味八寶飯配料麵略豐富,有鹹香嘅叉燒、滑嫩嘅雞肉同脆皮燒肉、燒鵝、燻啼、紅腸、鹹蛋,每樣燒味都係口感同味道嘅保證,一啖啖肉香撲鼻。但美口不足飯比較偏油。而叉鵝雙拼飯嘅叉燒外層焦香,肉質鬆軟,而鵝肉則皮脆肉嫩,兩者搭配得算唔錯,都感得出返太興嘅用心同堅持。
不過,可以改善嘅係服務態度要再親切啲,尤其係高峰時段,店員有時太忙亦容易落單時唔太理人、又無重新確認一次訂單搞唔送錯野飲。希望太興可以係呢方面再加強,令客人嘅用餐體驗更上一層樓。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
