To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天和工人到大元邨街市買餸之後見都五點半老公又不回家吃飯所以不如和工人食完嘢至回家。太興燒味有很多款中西色下午茶餐。去太興燒味當然要吃燒味飯所以我要了一個八寶飯$78另加$8元轉紅荳冰。工人就要了特大雞扒飯$46。八寶飯的八寶有~燒鵝、燒肉、叉燒、切雞、各兩件、紅腸、燻蹄、滷水墨魚各幾片,開邊咸旦一隻和一棵小棠菜。燒肉皮脆但肉較「鞋」、叉燒是梅頭肉味道好好、燒鵝、切雞因為是胸位所以個人覺得一般。燻蹄、紅腸和滷水墨魚薄切個人最愛爽口的滷水墨魚,咸旦超咸一隻咸旦絕對足夠送一碟飯。工人的超大雞扒飯真的是超大塊我試了一少塊味道不過不失。
