聽到名廚Tom Aikens又黎香港喇 今次係開左間新餐廳 以食豬為主 餐廳裡面地方夠大 都幾適合同朋友一齊聚餐 不過唔知係唔係未run熟 所以都出現一d小問題既…例如 我問待應姐姐介紹一d無酒精飲品比我 佢當時介紹左兩隻 一隻係cranberry, apple and pineapple 另一隻係orange, pineapple and mango 我點左要芒果果杯但結過黎錯左cranberry果杯 不過佢地到最後都係無發現落錯單既 因為我廢是換就飲埋算 之後仲唔停咁送錯野過黎 應該有3-4次 埋單又好耐呢度餐廳concept係想以細細份 大家share黎食 希望令大家樣樣都試到 但份量都真係太太太太太細了 我當日係4個人食 d餸細到兩個人分都覺得有d可憐....待應姐姐只係唔停咁話係要比大家share 但完全冇提到細成點 見到我地4個人亦唔會話比我地知一份4個人分會太細 以下再續一講下啦第一味就係呢個steamed pork shoulder, cabbage 第一份上台就已經感到心知不妙 呢塊用係得一塊方面午餐肉咁大咋 咪道方面覺得呢個幾清幾好味 用左雞湯湯底 d菜同豬都好入味

仲有一個無映到相既就係佢地個kimchi 勁勁勁酸勁勁勁勁勁咸 咸到苦....


其實每一道有原整豬肉既餸 d豬肉都係起碼有一半係肥膏 雖然多d肥塊肉一定係會滑d好食d 但都未免太爆血管喇 呢度d野食如果無咁細同肥 我諗整體會好好多 做得最好既地方係d豬肉真係唔會韌而且入味 只係有時又完全蓋過左d肉味 好似未係掌握得好好咁 唔好食又唔係 只係我相信我都唔特別會再特登黎
