To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我和靚Ann很久沒見到,是日決定去太古城康怡廣場剛新開的金公館來一個🦆充滿烤北京填鴨的下午,最令人驚喜的是他們的桂花蜜蜂醬,💐桂花芬芳,🐝蜂蜜甜美,再包上蔥、 青瓜、西芹及酸蘿蔔條一起進食,真令人齒頰留香👄。另一太美味點心😋原隻鮑魚撻 ,鮑魚煙韌,撻內有豐富的鮑魚汁,撻底亦很酥香🤤🤤,食到我同靚Ann都好開心😊😊。呢碗蓮蓉焗西米布甸 🍮不得了,啖啖香濃的蓮蓉融入在西米中,不論趁熱食或凍了才吃,都一樣好味,而且一點也不甜,so good 💕💕💕。
