To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太古呢間金公館除咗有中式小茶,下午仲有點心叫!我叫咗鳳梨咕嚕肉($78) 每到一間中式菜館,我最喜歡嘗試司傅煮咕嚕肉的手勢。酸酸甜甜的豬肉去骨,即使司傳以油炸烹調咕嚕肉外層,也沒有炸乾的口感。半肥瘦的豬肉,炸成皮薄脆口感,最值得一讚喺叫外賣的我,就算捻到反屋企,脆炸的外層亦無因為時間變淋。咕嚕肉的另一精萃是酸甜醬汁,既有醋的酸味,亦有山楂的甘甜,令咕嚕肉在醋酸味中帶有層次感。另外點心仲叫咗雞湯小籠包($32) 同金公館鮮蝦餃皇($32) 各4件。由於喺叫外賣的關係,我等咗大概半個鐘先食到,但小籠包依然好有驚喜。外皮厚薄啱啱好,做到薄身而不易破。一咬落去,肉汁四溢,肉餡用料新鮮,鬆化有咬口,配合不過份油膩的湯汁。另外,半透明的蝦餃皮薄如紙,隱隱約約可見鮮蝦內餡。吃下去彈牙爽口,可見師傅花了不少時間起肉膠,好讓蝦餡兒、調味料,平衡得剛剛好。
