收工到這間一直想試的天婦羅丼專門店,7:00已經滿座,座位約有50個。位置不算大,枱面剛好放到兩餐盤。【車海老軟殼蟹天丼】日本對蝦,竹節蝦好大隻,中間又香鮮蝦味道,做天婦羅一流;軟殼蟹又真係鮮甜厚肉,一咬又軟熟但又有微微薄脆的外皮。傳統做法的天丼會把新鮮炸起的食材放上飯面,然後再均勻淋上天丼醬汁,目的是要每件天婦羅都能沾上醬汁。所以天丼的天婦羅並不像一般天婦羅脆口,而追求的是每件天婦羅都能適量沾有醬汁。而這裏的古早秘傳醬汁,畫龍點睛,甜度和醬油香味都不會掩蓋海鮮,但又令食慾大開,更能重現江戶時代風味。【上天丼】赤甘鯛、海老、小柱魷魚天婦羅餅,另一個海鮮天婦羅丼,最吸睛是大大條赤甘鯛,魚肉柔嫩,一咬中間軟荏荏又有鮮味;一對大蝦又多肉多汁。加了日本特製高級胡麻油顏色較深,麻油香味十足。整體食材真是十分滿意,用柚子醋醃製的蘿蔔亦要讚一讚!
