呢間位於大館樓下嘅意大利餐廳一直想試好耐,不過未的起心肝過嚟,今之終於的起心肝趁住情人節過嚟🥰前菜嘅蕃茄水牛芝士鮮羅勒沙律 ($110)同吞拿魚他他配牛油果、提子乾、杏仁及鯷魚精華($150)都係正常貨色,兩者都冇乜記憶點,不過份量比較少,個人覺得唔算好抵食😂黑松露巴馬臣芝士意大利燴飯 ($180) 食落調味唔重,而且意大利飯texture偏淋,唔係太creamy,食落係比較light版嘅risotto😂豐富的海鮮肉醬配耳形意粉 ($210)因為冇晒orecchiette,所以餐廳提出可以提spaghetti,我就問可唔可以轉其他,最後就轉咗papparedelle🍝佢個papparedelle好似係餐廳自己整,所以食落去蛋香味幾出,加埋啲海鮮有用少少檸檬汁調味所以幾出色😛不過意粉煮得淋咗少少,做唔到al dente嘅質感🫠冧酒浸天使蛋糕配意大利軟芝士、提子乾及杏脯汁 ($100)原本驚個Angel cake 浸完rum會好淋,但係食落都仲keep到個texture,但係Mascaprone cream 好甜,加埋rum都蓋過唔到,不過係幾特別嘅甜品😆暖朱古力蛋糕及朱古力及雲呢拿意式雪

暖朱古力蛋糕及朱古力及雲呢拿意式雪糕 ($100) Gelato兩球食落都算滑,但係香精味重,同埋當日應該係因為Valentine’s day所以換咗士多啤梨味gelato🫡 (但係私心想食雲呢拿wuwu)朱古力蛋糕係咁多個甜品入面最好食個個,食落比較似brownie🍫

總括嚟講,呢間餐廳賣點係地段,同埋意粉都幾出色,坐係大館呢個環境食嘢,有呢個價錢都叫做過得去啦🤪 另外呢到雖然人手唔係好夠,但係每位waiter同埋老闆都幾熱情,再送埋小禮物🎁 算係搭夠到個氣氛❤️
