To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前係中環翻工,每日放lunch我都會上大館「拍八達通優惠」同埋坐下曬下太陽🌞成日見到啲人坐係大館啲outdoor seating area好似好嘆咁~然後上openrice發現原來呢樹係有齋茶飲嘅🫢餐廳低消係每人要嗌一份飲品,茶類啤酒又得,冷泡茶又得,仲可以好似我地咁,每人一壺茶🫖呢度有各式各樣嘅茶:青茶、黑茶、紅茶,我諗加埋都數十款茶類。今次揀左人氣比較高嘅「東方美人」,比較獨特少見嘅「小黃茶」,同埋我飲茶必備嘅普洱-今日呢款叫「正山普洱」~🫔素芝士春卷$42🍜秘製豉油皇炒麵$48🥢煎釀加咸街豆腐$38🥕家鄉蘿蔔糕$38🍞蜜汁素粒包$35🍄迷你黑松露燒賣$48🥕海苔甘荀餃$28🥟潮州粉果$28🥧馬拉糕$32點心款式唔多,但勝在全部都係齋,味道偏淡…-主要用蔬菜而非素肉🥬-素餃皮薄,內裡食到蔬菜鮮甜👍🏻-馬拉糕有好重嘅粟米香🌽-春卷用mozzarella芝士,可拉絲,皮脆唔油🧀-燒賣都幾有「肉感」,必食之選☺️
