聞名已久,每次來都要排長龍,本已放棄,今次獨腳戲,可能快些,腳痛都來踫踫,竟然無人等,看看餐牌,湯粉,單叫包,無常餐,跟餐飲半價,外出食餐,都係咖啡奶茶,我無此種必然喜好。冬陰公湯,怕辣,蕃茄湯嫌普通,牛又唔食,腸仔火腿無興趣,菠蘿包嫌不建康,終點皮蛋芫莤湯秘制翼湯通粉$36,又驚好似常餐,細碗粉,加件奶油多,薄身,加$14,乜咁貴,好久未試過茶餐廳單點多士,真係落後。張單结算點解多咗錢,原來阿婆睇漏眼,轉湯要加$8,總價$58。皮蛋芫荽湯,足料,好香芫荽香,皮蛋一般,當然非糖心,雞翼外表光澤,亮點,不是浸到好淋那種,彈性又入味,帶少甜,又無瑞士雞翼重甜,咸又非豉油雞的濃豉油味,不錯,各取長處。奶油多士,鬆軟度夠,粉質一般、薄薄牛油,少少練奶已足夠。细食或慳家,又想享受被招呼,可選食招牌菠蘿包,咸牛肉包……又一餐,足夠。
