To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境4分:會所中式酒樓格局,兩條友都可以坐四人圓枱,D位隔得又夠開,非常之舒服,可以畀四分。衛生5分:餐枱舖曬白色枱布,環境衛生,有齊曬手套同工具食蟹,非常之乾淨,滿分。服務5分:服務員年紀可能大,但非常專業,D餸續樣上,成日不停加茶加水同換碟,畀硬滿分!味道5分:1)      前菜拼盤入面個黃金蟹粉百花球炸到脆卜卜,好鬆軟嘅蝦球,入邊釀左D蟹粉,非常好食,一流。2)      蟹粉脆春卷同樣做到脆卜卜,一D都唔油膩,同樣食得到入面D蟹粉。3)      蜂蜜酸子薑D蜜糖令到酸子薑淡化左酸味同辣味,加添一份甜味。4)      清蒸大閘蟹一反轉發現係蟹公,就急不及待剪曬D腳同鉗,然後打開個蟹蓋,整走唔食嘅部分,趁熱食曬D膏,足足有五兩重,食落非常滿足。5)      生拆蟹肉金瓜湯係用南瓜嚟煲,再加上鮮甜蟹肉,飲落非常清甜。6)      桂花蟹肉生菜包入面有蟹肉,蛋絲,筍絲,冬菇絲等等,包响生菜入面食,好爽甜同鮮甜,全部嘢都非常之夾。7)      焗釀生拆蟹蓋,大大個蟹蓋呈現眼前,用處理好嘅洋蔥同蟹肉放响入面,然後上面鋪上芝士焗,非常香口,個份量都好足,蟹肉都多。8)

最後埋單每人唔到600蚊,就有齊十一樣唔同有關大閘蟹款式嘅嘢食,當中包括一隻五兩重嘅大閘蟹,呢個價錢出面一定食唔到,仲要服務好環境靚,非常之抵食。
