和牛燒肉一郎近期大熱,勁多朋友推介。除咗環境超Cyber,好靚又有打卡位之外,連食物賣相都係超高班,大船寶盒出動晒,最重要係。。唔貴既價錢可以食到靚和牛‼️呢度必點首要一定係舟。盛合!大大隻船放滿和牛,豚肉,雞肉,海鮮同野菜。和牛都有四款,分別係澳洲同美國的。和牛好重牛味,個人比較中意牛肋肉同牛里脊肉,入口嫩滑得來又有點咬勁。大蝦同扇貝都係大大隻,又新鮮甜美。Today’s special 就放係寶箱入面,一上枱,寶箱四邊就滲出煙霧,令人異常期待內裡的寶藏🏴‍☠️。原來是新鮮即切的小田牛A4和牛西冷。小田牛係九州鹿兒島的頂級黑毛和牛品牌之一,冇得去日本食和牛,係香港都可以有頂級靚牛呀~呢個小田牛真係好正,現切果真新鮮,肉色超紅潤,而且絕對睇得出呢塊係靚牛,油花分佈均勻,燒起來肉味格外甘香。肉眼薄切,所以燒既時間每幾秒反邊一次,呈medium rare 粉嫩的狀態最好食。上次食過一次生牛肉壽司🍣,感覺唔錯。今次呢度全部都係靚牛,點可以唔試返件呢,叫左生牛肉壽司同牛大腹肉壽司。二款生牛肉口感好大分別。生牛肉比較薄嫩,入口油脂感比較重;牛大腹肉比較厚實,較有嚼勁。炙燒壽喜燒壽司。如果怕食生牛肉可

炙燒壽喜燒壽司。如果怕食生牛肉可以叫呢個,店員會幫你用火槍燒,燒完就可以將大大塊牛肉卷住啲飯,再沾上混上雞蛋漿的壽喜燒汁。
