在大角咀工作的我今晩和同事來了附近吃晚飯,選擇了這間新開的日本餐廳,環境乾淨。食物的選擇也很多,而價錢也十分合理。同事點的是汁煮牛肉手打烏冬 ($78),還有洋葱、木耳和粟米等配料。牛肉醃得入味,肉質嫩滑。整:體份量還很大呢。我點的是生薑豚肉手打烏冬 ($88),冬冬爽滑,豚肉入味,流心蛋的蛋汁流到湯裡更美味。火炙三文魚腩壽司 ($25)燒得恰到好處。而辣味三文魚卷 ($48)辣度不勁,但夠惹味。上面還放上粒粒魚籽,脆卜卜的口感更佳。即叫即燒的燒牛舌芯 ($32)爽口彈牙,是我去日本餐廳必叫的串燒。最後還有雪米糍送呢
