To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近年大角咀多咗好多特色餐廳酒吧,雖然地理位置真係有啲偏又唔就腳,但可以話多一份探秘尋寶感覺,放工想隔絕繁囂入嚟Chill下都唔錯!朋友介紹呢間小店位於利奧坊,單睇外內環境裝潢,一個字就係「型」呀﹗以黑白為主調,中庭大柱以粗體簡約線條來掩飾其突兀,的確係高招~水泥地配不鏽鋼檯,型之中帶啲慵懶感。首先試嘅係Ka Shin Street,一入口有好清新嘅青瓜味,加埋接骨木花有種淡淡甜香,飲落成個人都醒一醒,而且gin唔會太濃烈,岩晒不勝酒力嘅女士們。跟住呢道Burrata Cheese, Parma Ham前菜真係令我哋嘩出聲,最鍾意新鮮製作,充滿奶酪醇香嘅芝士,口感柔軟入口即化,而火腿鹹香恰度好處,唔會掩蓋原本肉香,將火腿拌勻粘稠嘅芝士一齊食,每一啖都係享受!跟住戲肉就係日式串燒啦!先上5道採用日本產無激素雞,精心挑選嘅刁鑽部位,有雞胸軟骨、雞皮、雞肝、雞腎、雞心喉,款款坊間少見,侍應特別介紹雞胸軟骨,話全雞只有一條,非常罕貴,而口感爽脆帶有嚼勁;雞心喉又係人生第一次試,口感脆身有獨特甘香,要讚佢哋嘅自家燒汁,微微香甜令味道更多層次。跟住有免治雞棒,配以黃澄澄嘅鮮蛋黃同醬油都係必試之選!雞

接力有墨西哥小食—燒八爪魚及炸墨西哥青椒。燒八爪魚混合多種地道香料炮醃製,帶微酸好開胃,而且好爽口Q彈又唔韌,而青椒炸到金黃香脆,一咬入面係濃香四溢嘅車打芝士,真係好有驚喜!
最後當然唔少得甜品,造型靚到我受寵若驚,一啲都無誇張!蘋果金寶伴雪糕成日食,但成個雪糕筒插住上真係第一試,造型fantasy 又有霸氣,忍唔住瘋狂打卡!味道都係一流,焗到外層脆卜卜,內裡係熱辣辣嘅蘋果塊加士多啤梨醬,中層係好似帶有鹹蛋香嘅吉士,最係係好鬆軟嘅蛋糕,一啖就試到咁多層次嘅味道,真係好滿足~
