To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友是潮州菜忠粉，為了吃這間店很早就預約了，不過到了還是要等一下🙈 滷味的選擇非常多，一半喜歡吃的款色都有有，當中有幾款是一定要試的，雖然對滷味、打冷沒有什麼喜好，試試也無妨😂🔹 極品酒香鵝肝🔹 宮廷醉鴿來這裡一定要吃這兩款，份量來說也很足夠幾個人分，鵝肝聞起來酒香濃郁，口感很棉；醉鴿味道甜甜的，鴿肉吸盡了酒香，口感也不會太韌，不過我比較喜歡前者。🔹 滷水豬大腸三拼愛吃滷味的話這個三拼很划算，份量多又可以額外加喜歡的滷味，豬大腸的油香讓你停不下來呀～🔹酥炸蠔餅蠔餅是很潮州的製作方式，外層酥脆不掛油，裡面還是清甜飽滿的蠔肉，很香口呢。

來這裡一定要吃這兩款，份量來說也很足夠幾個人分，鵝肝聞起來酒香濃郁，口感很棉；醉鴿味道甜甜的，鴿肉吸盡了酒香，口感也不會太韌，不過我比較喜歡前者。
