今餐是慶祝閨密升職,由她帶我黎到尖沙咀的燒肉店萬歲、慶祝一番,實在是很高興。這店的環境很舒適,每座位都幾寬闊,設有bar枱同卡位。烤和牛肩他他凱撒沙律,和牛肩是一種非常優質的牛肉,烤焗至半生熟,可以食到牛的濃郁的牛味,軟硬度適中,與凱撒沙律配搭,是一款非常搭配的沙律。香辣雞翼,雞翼炸得香脆可口,還有少少七味粉的調味,相當惹味,食前支少少檸檬汁,提升雞翼的酸味濃度,這款小食使胃口大開。季節刺身盛合(五款),時令的五款刺身包括赤身吞拿魚、黑鯥、真鯛、金目鯛和牡丹蝦,每款刺身都非常鮮甜、肥美。其中,黑鯥和金目鯛是炙燒過,帶有煙薰過的滋味,而且刺身的表面充滿住油香感,非常出色。特選和牛盛合(五款),五款包括肉眼芯、和牛西冷、肉腹肉、三角腹肉、肉眼上蓋,餐廳在每一張枱都設有一張黑毛和牛的部位介紹,又可以有一個認識牛部位的機會。呢盤和牛已經是非常吸睛,雪花均勻,肉質鮮嫩。燒熱個網,塗上牛油脂肪便可以開始燒,每一片肉每邊燒20秒左右就可以反轉,靚靚的網紋烙印在和牛身上,非常靚。每片牛經火燒過後,油脂迫哂出黎,口感好有質感,入口即溶,好有牛味,個人喜好最喜愛食肉眼芯和肉眼上蓋,位於牛的中心位置,肉質較

燒物方面,我們點了帆立貝、阿波尾雞中翼、阿波尾雞頸,帆立貝是必點的燒物海鮮,很大隻,差唔多煮到熟透時,店員會過黎倒牛油在帆立貝上,再燒多2-3分鐘,就可以進食了。帆立貝很鮮甜,還帶有少少海水的甜味。雞中翼、雞頸肉可以慢慢燒,邊燒邊傾計,享受一下燒肉的樂趣。

和牛煲仔飯,打開蓋已經聞到非常香的煲仔飯味,粒粒和牛肉質非常嫰滑,而且咀嚼上來好多汁,食前先把蛋汁混合煲仔飯之中,粒粒珍珠米肥大充滿蛋香,接近鍋邊的飯帶點焦香,煲仔飯很出色。

這餐由前食、小食、刺身、和牛、燒物、食事到最後的甜品,每樣真係有讚冇彈,而且滿足感還好大。
