To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六, 難得可以準時鬆人. 本來約了齋妹叫她等我放三點的, 突然提早了. 大家來到深水埗, 首要任務, 就是先安慰自己肚子. 天氣實在太熱, 我們在鴨寮街會合, 真的不想為了餐晏而周圍搵. 就近大家樂, 嘆個下午茶算數. 她要了一塊厚切多士, 我就叫一個小碗叉燒瀨. 厚切多士, 烘熱過, 但麵包芯還是軟的. 加上煉奶, 加埋杯奶茶. 基本上名茶諶廳冒奶油多無別. 人家的是烘底, 成塊脆, 而我的是皮酥脆, 包芯軟, 令得這包, 令捨不同.叉燒, 大家樂的叉燒, 近來好似追得上美心MX, 食落肉質的確有進步. 湯底雖只是一般既高湯. 但味道不差, 味精不多, 飲多兩口沒事. 填好肚, 行膠珠店.
