餐廳主打既燒鳥菜式~來自德島縣既阿波尾雞係日本產量第一,屬於走地雞類別,所以肉質特別爽彈有嚼勁,而且仲係低脂雞肉,夠哂健康!經炭燒既阿波尾雞肉味更加香濃,薄薄既外皮燒至卜卜脆,咬開內裡肉味香濃而且仍然保留肉汁,啖啖肉,超惹味,必食之選!!

輪到佢地既另一主打菜式天婦羅出場~呢度既天婦羅丼飯份量十足之餘,天婦羅仲炸得好高質,由香港第一代日籍天婦羅師傅疋田博崇先生主理!同行好友一致真心推介蝦天婦羅,餐廳用左日本活蝦,再以薄薄炸漿,食起黎外層香脆,蝦肉仍保持爽彈,可見師父掌握炸漿及油溫一流,好高質呢!!

意猶未盡既我地,一於叫埋呢一個包羅萬有既燒鳥重,咁先至盡興haha~呢款燒鳥重有齊阿波尾雞肉、玉子燒、日式魚餅、日本大蔥等材料,夠哂豐富~每款材料經過炭烤過後,滲出既油脂加埋餐廳特調既甜醬油,伴飯一流~我地一班人食盡咁多款丼飯,啖啖滋味,夠哂盡興~

👅整體小總結
餐廳位於荔枝角D2 place one 地鋪,地鐵站一上就到,夠哂方便~餐廳主打由日本師傅主理既燒鳥、天婦羅及各種傳統日本居酒屋既菜式,包羅萬有,每次黎都可以食到唔同既時令菜式!環境方面,佢地既裝修真係好具日本居酒屋特色,擺放大量日本漁村既旗幟,氣氛夠哂熱鬧,大推!!
