今日老細心情好請飲茶 ☕️,簡左呢間位於中環勵精中心三樓的金御海鮮酒家,因夠近公司(快快食飽好番去做野😂)。望望點心紙,款式好多,選擇困難症即刻發作,因為得三人, 所以只叫數款想食的。酒樓提倡即叫即蒸,制作需時,果真最少要等15 分鐘先有野食。水晶鮮蝦腸: 腸粉皮厚度適中,又吾會一夾即散,包裹大蝦球,非常彈牙,無庸置疑是新鮮大蝦,配上適量豉油提升鮮蝦味,一流。金球咸水角:鹹水角內裡餡料有豬肉碎、韭菜、蝦米、冬菇,夠曬惹味,重點係咸水角表皮熱辣辣,脆口,炸至金黃色想一啖接一啖。鮮蝦豆苗餃:豆苗餃餃皮晶凝通透,滿滿溢出豆苗餡,爆香過好香,食原材料味道。重頭戲:椰皇燉奶🥥: 成個椰皇呈上,熱食好養生,燉奶夠奶脂香,甜度剛剛好,口感似豆腐花,不過比較液體,飲曬燉奶之後仲可以食埋椰子🥥肉,只有一個可惜位是應該配西餐匙先易食椰子肉。總結:要加茶芥和加12%服務費 有點貴但又考慮中環區酒樓又只係中規中矩價錢大推椰皇燉奶🥥
