雖然日日如是,但唔算好hea, 個汁系南瓜調出來,茄子真係有煎炒過,可能拉過油,色澤都幾靚。有幾條扮素肉片,真係咁樣兜埋去,無特別煎香過。蔬菜份量算少,飯都少。男人食完未必飽。但都算係一個健康素食飯餐,無乜味精,個飯又有溝紅米。耐唔耐可以食吓,希望個份量可以多啲!



To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
