To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去左荃灣去大家樂,霸個靚位据個靚扒,咁今期佢有幾款扒餐選擇,我記得有牛扒餐,我食呢個既雜扒餐啦。呢個餐有一塊豬扒、雞扒、仲有一條司華力腸&玉米。首先豬扒煎得幾好,外皮煎到金香可口夠哂脆口,D肉又唔會話韌。雞扒肉質好滑,份量好大塊,雞扒層皮亦都煎到金香可口。仲有條司華力腸都好好味,唔會話好重腸仔既味精味。今次就配左黑椒汁,個汁唔會好辣,但又夠味,加埋個玉米,成個套既份量都好充足好飽。但係佢個酥皮湯就真係唔得啦,個酥皮冇問題既都係好香酥好好味,但個湯就唔得啦,佢個所謂既羅宋湯係淡得黎得胡椒味,直情可以叫胡椒水。
