To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於好耐冇食過焗飯既原故,今日放假就決定食番次,一諗到邊到有焗飯食就好快諗起最平民既大家樂 - 一哥焗豬扒飯啦! 雖然衣個一哥焗豬扒飯已經出左好多年.但係老實講,小編覺得咁多年黎係大家樂入面最好食既都係佢~ 耐唔耐食番次其實都真係覺得幾好食! 由於個飯係焗出黎,所以D茄汁都好滲入到去塊豬扒到,而D 焗左既蓄茄汁連埋D有旦絲既飯都真係好夾到,唯一覺得美中不足既係..如果D茄汁可以再多D就好啦~因為每次食都覺得D茄汁唔夠送飯~
