To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天和朋友在看戲前到大家樂吃晚飯,他推薦爵士牛排鐵板餐,我就試一試牛排厚厚的,可以配番茄汁or黑椒汁,我喜歡黑椒汁,淋上鐵板上,汁料飛濺,要把鐵板放到老遠,我選了黑椒汁,不錯的,但沒什麼特別,一塊排已很飽了,因爲配了一個酥皮湯,還要飽上幾分來,酥皮湯味道濃濃的,但沒什麼餡料,再加上$6要了一杯青檸冰,真的要捧著肚皮走路才可以。
