To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日行到海怡半島嘅大家樂,見到門面就覺得好親切,呢個品牌喺香港開咗好多分店,好多香港人都食過。入去叫咗個叉燒燒鴨雙拼飯,仲有杯熱奶茶。呢個雙拼飯,一上枱就好有睇頭。叉燒嘅色澤紅潤,望落就好有食慾,咬落去,唔會太韌,脂肪同瘦肉嘅比例剛剛好,用嘅應該係梅頭肉,呢個部位嘅叉燒最容易做到外焦內嫩,味道帶住微微嘅甜味,同醬汁嘅鹹香配合得相得益彰。燒鴨嘅皮脆得嚟唔會太硬,皮下脂肪烤得好透,肉質嫩滑,唔會有騷味。同之前喺一啲專門嘅燒臘舖食嘅相比,大家樂嘅燒臘保持住一定嘅水準,而且性價比更高。再講杯奶茶,茶底應該用嘅係錫蘭紅茶,茶味濃郁,奶味亦都唔會被掩蓋,甜度可以自己調節,我就鍾意原汁原味,入口滑溜,同國外一啲淡而無味嘅奶茶相比,真係好太多啦。價錢方面,呢個套餐大概五十幾蚊,對於香港嘅物價嚟講,算係好抵食。不過呢,都有少少缺點,就係人多嘅時候出餐速度有啲慢,而且因為人多,環境就會有啲嘈雜。其實大家樂對於好多香港人嚟講,唔單止係一間餐廳,而係一種集體回憶。細個嗰陣時,考試考得好,阿爸阿媽就會帶我嚟大家樂食餐好嘅,嗰陣時嘅快樂好簡單。而家每次食大家樂嘅燒臘飯,都好似返到去嗰個純真嘅年代,食物嘅味道除咗味
