To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨天到大家樂吃下午茶餐「叉燒滑蛋菠蘿飽配雞翼」雖然創新,表現令人失望。該品項的叉燒肉質偏乾,缺乏傳統叉燒應有的軟嫩多汁口感,搭配的炒蛋雖滑嫩,但整體風味被乾柴的叉燒拖累,菠蘿包的酥皮不香脆,沒有層次感。昨天還有,今天已轉,「午餐肉芝士滑蛋菠蘿包」。一款「半份公司三明治+雞翼」則維持一般水準,內餡包含火腿、蛋沙拉及生菜,屬於安全的選擇。不過,服務態度方面值得肯定,店員應對親切且有效率,即使繁忙時段仍能快速出餐,並主動提供紙巾與餐具,展現連鎖快餐少見的細心。價格方面,兩款餐點均落在港幣33至39元區間,搭配飲品套餐後性價比高,符合大眾對平價下午茶的期待。
