嚟到尖沙咀呢個新開嘅商場,格調同香港其他商場好唔同,感覺猶如在澳門各大星級酒店嘅商場中。就連今日晚餐嘅呢個Food Court,空間感都特別充足呢個Food Court,中西日韓嘅食品都有,今日就揀咗食呢一間船塢冰室,一試香港嘅地道口味經典菠蘿油$25菠蘿包可以拎返屋企食,但係菠蘿油就一定係堂食最好食。脆卜卜嘅菠蘿皮,配上口感滑溜嘅牛油,入口熱辣辣又軟熟非常瑞士雞髀撈公仔麵$55大大隻嘅瑞士雞髀,肉質嫩滑,瑞士汁嘅份量恰到好處,麵質唔會冧夠彈牙,烹調時間啱啱好船塢芝士白汁海鮮焗飯$58焗得有點微微焦香的芝士,鋪滿整個飯面。芝士混和了白汁,滲入每一啖飯。飯底用粟米同蛋漿炒香,用料亦都豐富,有鮮蝦,青口,由魚同蟹柳等等,份量足,焗到熱辣辣鮮蝦大大隻,質素超乎想像,鮮甜亦都好爽口彈牙呀這家船塢冰室,價錢唔貴,但有真正冰室嘅食物水準,正宗香港人嘅口味
