聽講志光麵檔新出咗個串燒雞蛋仔,幾吸引,今日特登由旺角走過去幫襯。最想食嘅蕃薯味賣哂😭,於是叫咗個肉鬆味。雞蛋仔一串三粒,粒粒都好大,用支竹籤串起,好得意。一咬落去,外皮好脆,入面都算實心,紫菜肉鬆味道較濃,同雞蛋仔嘅甜味都幾配合,唔錯。趁熱食完雞蛋仔,再嚟多碗藥膳花雕醉雞卷米。醉雞卷有六件,件件都啖啖肉,以 $48 嚟講,認真抵食。雞卷嘅酒味雖然唔算濃但好入味,加上肉質嫩滑,整體嚟講係幾好食。至於米粉個湯底就比想像中淡,如果可以甜少少就更好。
