To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友仔一齊去行街,行到攰了,就去穩野食啦。好耐無去哩間性價比超高噶臺式餐廳食飯啦,一入去一樣都系好似以前甘甘多人,已經坐滿曬人了,好在我地等左一陣就有位了。我就叫左個蜜汁紫菜排骨飯,我朋友叫左個辣椒鹵肉飯。排骨系用滴炸粉包住炸噶各種,好大舊噶,外脆內軟,包住曬滴排骨肉質,咬落去口感好好,脆啵啵,配上滴蜜汁簡直系一流,然後紫菜拌飯,滴味道融合得好好,果然系我經常吃噶店。
