今日終於嚟咗大埔食左期待已久嘅生日飯未入門口已經有部復古嘅鋼琴擺設。前菜係焦糖法式燉鵝肝完全感受到佢嘅創意用麵包堆砌成玫瑰形狀嘅多士再配有焦糖做脆面的鵝肝醬味道非常香濃,而且睇落好似焦糖燉蛋好得意第二碟我哋帶咗魚子醬多士魚子醬顏色表面好光澤食落口粒粒分明又緊緻將魚卵咬開後,味道充滿鹹香與海水味,雖細細粒但非常濃郁牛肝野菌忌廉湯廚師將牛肝野菌打碎成幼滑的湯,另外仲有粒粒的牛肝野菌,整碗忌廉湯變得有豐富嘅口感同香氣濃郁。法式忌廉鵝肝扁意粉呢碟鵝肝扁意粉,我都好鍾意佢嘅扁意粉食落去好似手工意粉咁好食每啖意粉都掛滿醬汁而佢嘅鵝肝醬除咗鵝肝味之外,仲帶點甜同堅果味非常特別。鵝肝牛柳五成熟嘅牛柳 擺盤精美 牛柳多肉汁法式焦糖蘋果酥蘋果酥一切開入面熱辣辣每粒蘋果都沾滿焦糖醬加上酥脆嘅蘋果酥一口接一口。酒方面叫左兩杯一杯chi chi另一杯係pink lady打卡一流
