大埔友出動! 約左朋友吹水,喺返大埔搵食啦。 本來舊舖係一間小舖,專打串燒。 新舖位置更大,更近太和港鐵站,因為係內街,比較靜。 格局似酒吧,環境比較黑,吹水傾計氣氛都唔錯,但點野食時order紙啲字就難睇啲啲。吹水必備嘅啤酒,仲有draft beer同cider等等。同朋友都揀左Little creatures呢個牌子,我自己嘅IPA花香味比較重,女仔都好啱飲,易入口。朋友嘅Original pilsner就麥芽香味重啲,啤酒味亦都較濃。串燒一大板上枱,賣相唔錯,不過就唔能夠保持全部野一樣咁熱,味道變左爭少少。 左起:燒牛油帆立貝、串燒鵪鶉蛋、芝士雞脾肉串、鹽燒雞翼、鳯梨燒、味噌甲羅燒,最好食係鳯梨燒,用左新鮮菠蘿,多汁又超級香甜。仲有原條黃立䱽燒,厚肉無細骨,朋友好鍾意,大讚!
