我一向對湯粉類情有獨鍾,例如酸辣米線同越南PHO,基本上係我平時最常食嘅嘢。 😂🙈豬腩肉米紙卷好出色!米紙卷煙煙韌韌,點花生醬食幾香。平時食開嘅米紙卷都會有唔少酸蘿蔔絲、青瓜,米紙薄薄一、兩層,屬於清爽型。而呢個加咗韭菜花嘅米紙卷係大舊兼煙韌,完全係另一種風味,有新鮮感又好食,必試推介!🥰魚露炸雞翼炸得香脆,調味無想像中咁重口,重點係熱辣辣,咬開個脆皮係冒煙嫁!招牌X河粉 (生牛肉、牛丸、牛腩)無咩驚喜,整體清淡,由湯底到河粉質地都唔係我杯茶,食完無記憶點。呢度最出名係牛骨髓,大家有興趣試可以追加牛骨髓,我諗應該會好味啲?順化豬腳牛尾湯米線其實越南唔只河粉出名嫁~ 順化都好多米線,呢款辣味幾出,比PHO重口一啲。可惜隻豬腳雖然好肥好腍,但食落無咩味。🥺夜晚落住雨搵路都有少少狼狽,不過見好朋友真係好開心 ,返咗工之後,唔似讀書時日見夜見。當晚我哋坐角落位,自成一角,坐得都幾舒服~ 成間餐廳裝修用深綠色為主,超高樓底令到空間感大增,牆上有好大幅graffiti之外,連嘢飲都有斑蘭撞奶同雞蛋咖啡揀,好有越南風味!呢度前菜同小食都幾好,反而係主菜失色。我建議大家叫多幾款小食試好過~ 🤣最後都係

炸得香脆,調味無想像中咁重口,重點係熱辣辣,咬開個脆皮係冒煙嫁!

順化豬腳牛尾湯米線
