Restaurant: 五月星牛肉麵

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講真 我未試過上openrice寫評價,好少遇到會差到我忍唔住上黎講嘅情況。一入門口,有個後生女員工帶我地埋位,先唔講佢黑口黑面,以貌取人的確唔好。佢帶左我地去中間一排嘅二人枱,我地同隔離嘅客人中間隔左一張枱,佢地得兩個袋仔霸哂兩張櫈,我地有個大背囊咁我見嗰陣冇乜客人,就禮貌問可唔可以轉一張四人枱,佢話唔可以,咁都理解嘅,廢事有其他3-4位嘅客人,但係我地攬住袋坐低之後,佢轉個頭就入左2個人坐嗰張4人枱,講明先 係對方都唔存在任何book左位嘅情況呢樣都算,落完單之後個後生女員工走過黎,極無禮貌掉左張單落我地面前話 「冇哂喎」,呢個都算 之後足足坐左一個鐘 ,本身諗住餐廳上菜慢姐,我地都唔好意思出聲催點知見到遲過我地入黎全部都食緊,先知原來根本漏左我地成張單,我打算問一問個女員工 我係佢隔離出左聲,佢直接掂行掂過 無視左我,之後有另一位較nice嘅員工過左黎,即刻幫我地跟單。野食上到黎嗰陣 ,我地已經肚餓到傻,已經好難覺得食物會難食,以下冇任何偏見 :刈包:花生碎係香嘅 包皮唔錯 但係舊肉好柴 青瓜唔知醃左咩偏鹹 4/10蚵仔煎:暫時係呢間食到最好食 唔係出色 只係其他都唔好食 不過不

刈包:花生碎係香嘅 包皮唔錯 但係舊肉好柴 青瓜唔知醃左咩偏鹹 4/10
蚵仔煎:暫時係呢間食到最好食 唔係出色 只係其他都唔好食 不過不失 6/10
鹽酥雞滷肉飯:呢個不得了 我以為豪大大已經夠難食 呢間嘅鹽酥雞更出色 皮硬肉柴 5顆雞齊齊整整訓左係一大碗飯中間 2/10 (2分係比啲野係熟嘅)
招牌牛肉面:招牌…..評價都懶得講了 4/10
總結:300蚊食個心酸,差啲坐到閂舖,呢個價錢係香港食台灣野會有更多好嘅選擇,不論俾食物質素定係服務態度都唔值呢個價錢。
我有上到黎睇評價,睇下係咪得我遇到,咁可能就係我嘅問題,但我發現唔只我一個提出過呢樣野,我冇要求你要當顧客係王,冇話咩至高嘅服務態度,我知道做呢行嘅人都辛苦,但係講緊嘅只係人與人之間基本嘅禮貌。你辛苦你頂唔順可以出聲去休息,而唔係將你嘅怨氣發洩係客人身上,我唔係黎食霸王餐,我有比錢,正如你都有收錢,基本嘅服務就要做好,「服務業都係人」呢句唔係比你攞黎濫用,收錢嘅人就有責任做好份內事,行行都辛苦,做唔黎就唔好做。
