To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇試過喺旺角食下午茶,見到下午茶,由2:00去到6:30 仲趕得切喺佢下午茶時間前慢慢嘆一向幫襯開銅鑼灣嘅九龍冰室,旺角彌敦道呢間都係第一次幫襯,依家面積都唔細仲有一樓,坐得幾舒服。雖然係五一假期,但係都坐得幾舒服,依間店遊客唔算好多,反而係本地人多啲。鰻魚炒飯 $58 第一感覺就是超級大碟粒粒飯也上色,炒得均勻;碟頭大之餘也吃到鰻魚,炒蛋、菜絲、粟米粒等,只係嫌略咸少許,份量大到打包半碟。紅豆冰最抵嘅係配紅豆冰都唔使加錢,變相抵食左味道就中規中矩,紅豆吾夠稔又吾香,花奶都較稀,下次飲返奶茶算罷。

最抵嘅係配紅豆冰都唔使加錢,變相抵食左
味道就中規中矩,紅豆吾夠稔又吾香,花奶都較稀,下次飲返奶茶算罷。
