To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ~不知是否廚師轉了,味道大不如前。(晚飯時段)~行政混亂,會員優惠時常也收不到。食物:~北京填鴨好味,但是...很細碟。麵包精緻,一片一片用紙格着。~餸菜像是比以前多了味精,少了真材實料...~叫了一個蠔仔煲,生蠔明顯有油億味,應該是昨晚查完今天擺落個煲仔度....千祈唔好叫呀!....最衰我哋食咗兩隻,唔好意思打回頭。環境:不嬲都好,樓底比較高,比較空曠,夠光猛。之前會特登來的酒樓,現在已變了。
