港人喜歡任食,近年愈開愈多放題餐廳,主打提供任食但價錢較自助餐平宜的市場。今晚跟朋友慶生,便在葵芳找到這間夢工房試試。 周日七點前每位$158,「升級」要任食蠔+ 蟹再多$78,由於生日享有全單八八折優惠,所以每人總數$230左右,算抵食! 先叫一堆刺身跟海鮮做前菜,大大盤刺身擺設精美亮麗,再配以乾冰點綴,非常吸睛。刺身有三文魚、吞拿魚、蟹棒等,再配有兩隻大蠔跟松葉蟹腳。三文魚新鮮肥美,油脂分佈均勻,入口即溶,未食完已經要加單。生蠔大大隻同樣潤滑鮮彈,鮮味入口香氣澎湃,沒有腥味。松葉蟹蟹腳香甜,可惜要到第二回才有大大件蟹鉗,肉質厚實,鮮甜無窮,心想單是食蠔蟹兩樣已值回票價。其他值得一試的還有多款天婦羅,炸油夠新,溫度夠熱,令天婦羅乾身不油膩。至愛蝦天婦羅肉質爽口,炸漿夠薄身。
