To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 東涌海堤灣畔周邊開咗不同類型餐廳，一間有室內及室外座位又夠chill 隱世酒吧「A Tavola Bar & Grill」，經過門口已經俾佢吸引。度假風情的裝修設計，牆上的壁畫，仲有一個大大的螢光幕可以欣賞球賽。服務員大部份都係外國人，親切的笑容，真係以為自己去咗外國度假。餐牌種類都幾多款式，我order 了意大利辣肉腸pizza （small) $135，美國烤雞胸肉$200， 1杯mocktails “Shirely Temple” $54。Pizza 雖然係細size但係都六片，辣肉腸同芝士佈満pizza, 好香好滋味。美國烤雞，兩件雞胸大大件，外面焗得好香，厚厚的雞胸肉，肉質非常香滑，而且配菜種類好多，相當夠份量。至於飲品，價錢不貴，如果出邊飲一杯mocktail 相信要七八十蚊，但呢度只係收50幾蚊，真係超值，而且味道調校得相當唔錯，甜酸度剛剛好。餐牌上仲有好多想試的食品，因為佢份量都幾大所以最好一班人過嚟一齊食飯就可以叫多幾個share。📍 東涌海濱路8號海堤灣畔地下E&F號舖☎️2321 5500
