To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Happy Friday, 約了友人去chill一chill, 今次試了大角嘴區內的新餐廳,以西班牙菜為主。 餐廳裝修很時尚,食品種類繁多。先來了酒類飲品,點了CHU-HAI ,是水果燒酌,味道清甜,酒味不會蓋過水果的香甜。Signature Chocolate ,朱古力味濃厚,杯邊灑上朱古力粉作裝飾,增加視覺效果。前菜西班牙八爪魚八爪魚配以炸薯仔和香蒜,惹味香口墨西哥烤粟米烤粟米,配以特制醬汁,酸酸甜甜有點像沙律醬,很清新出色。刺身帶子魚子醬墨西哥夾餅刺身帶子鮮甜,配上墨西哥烤餅和沙律醬,味道醒胃西班牙乳豬半份乳豬皮脆肉嫩,鬆脆的外皮加上中間綿綿的脂肪,充分保留肉汁,另有醬汁可沾,但單吃已很可口。烤西班牙黑毛豬肋排這家的豬肋排,肉厚汁多,一條肉都很厚肉,肉很鬆化不黏牙,有個青檸的醬汁伴吃,減少肥膩感。魚子醬蟹膏蟹肉意粉意粉伴以蟹肉和蟹膏作醬汁,淡淡的蟹味加上creamy的白醬汁,有蟹的鮮味作提味,再加上魚子醬脆卜卜的口感,層次豐富。最好點了Signature dessert 作結士多啤梨蘋果金寶伴雪糕店員會捧著甜品到客人要前將甜筒和蘋果金寶混合。甜品很有特色,吃到蘋果顆粒,雪糕混

店員會捧著甜品到客人要前將甜筒和蘋果金寶混合。甜品很有特色,吃到蘋果顆粒,雪糕混合蛋糕,很有兒時的味道。
