To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次在這裡吃晚飯,一步出升降機,就感受到那柔和燈光所帶出的浪漫氣氛。每一張餐枱的中央都有射燈照着,好讓大家也清楚看到端上來的菜。菜牌上的菜式種類繁多,大部分是海鮮,亦有一些家常小菜,所以可以滿足一家人不同的口味。有幾個菜式是比較出色。化皮乳豬件的皮非常鬆化,不油膩。九層塔黑胡椒海蝦煲的香料配搭恰當,惹味但不會搶走海蝦的鮮味。脆皮蒜香雞的雞肉嫩滑,配上醬汁更能提升味道。美極煎豬排似是簡單的一道菜,這裡的豬排是較薄身,肉質易咬,美極汁入味但不濃烈,處理恰到好處。鮮冬菇腐竹煮蕃茄是一個比較家常的菜式,一些簡單的材料,嫩滑的腐竹,鮮甜的車厘茄,一些鮮冬菇和少許西蘭花,全都放在那微酸的蕃茄湯內,非常好味。這餐廳有些近窗口的枱,每人達到最低消費便可以一邊吃晚飯,一邊欣賞香港的夜景。
