To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約朋友去銅鑼灣睇戲前食個晚飯,經開炊豕店又未有人排隊,就拿拿臨入去食個快飯。本身好想食呢度最出名嘅豬扒飯,但朋友點了蔥油豬扒飯,我唔想同佢點同一款,因為想大家share 試下,所以我點了肉燥滷蛋撈幼麵(我忘了影相)。先講我點嘅肉燥滷蛋撈幼麵,好多肉燥又多汁,幼麵份量好多,撈勻食,好好味,滷蛋味道不算突出,但我推介鍾意食肉燥嘅朋友要試下呢間肉燥麵。蔥油豬扒飯:我朋友點,我只食咗一舊豬扒,依然厚身,不鞋口,有肉汁!另外蔥油頗多。我朋友覺得好正,好好撈飯。
