To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六係我男朋友生日,因為臨急臨忙先搵餐廳,就黎左OpenRice 搵有情調兼可以網上預約嘅地方。驚喜1,咁我就約左8:30,但職員通知我就話窗邊位已full曬,但結果去到就帶左我地去窗邊位,睇到維港夜景真係好靚!驚喜2,食完晒野,準備埋單走,點知職員無啦啦拎住份插左蠟燭同生日牌嘅甜品比我地,我自己都呆左,因為我係完全無點甜品,剩係係OpenRice book嘅時候,寫希望坐近窗口位,因為男友生日。超級驚喜!講返食物,口味比較重,但我同男友本身愛好川菜,所以都好欣賞!而且賣相好吸引,份量亦適中。首先點左份頭盤,係炸左嘅膳,脆卜卜又唔腥,好味!之後再叫左4樣野辣子雞唔算太辣,雞肉嫩滑無雪味!其次就係呢碟(籃)炸軟殻蟹,下單時職員提醒我地,呢個好辣。而食落又唔係真係太辣,只係香辣級,唔係麻辣果隻。仲有叫左碗擔擔麵,食到有羊肉味,不喜歡!而男友就成碗食晒!至於飲品方面,基本上成場都叫酒飲,不過我就覺得食中菜點都要飲返杯茶嘅!
