餐廳分店愈開愈多,雖然食上海菜預左貴,不過好食既話又冇所謂。今次就試下連鎖店既好唔好食。叫左姥姥手製排骨拉麵($57),雞絲粉皮(輕盈$39),招牌小籠包($40)。排骨雖然炸過,但唔係脆身個款,酥炸feel既。肉質嫩而唔"鞋"口,唔油膩。而手工拉麵湯底清,唔錯。麵條硬度適中,手工製但粗幼條條差唔多。雞絲粉皮鋪滿麻醬,幼滑,充滿花生香味,拌勻之後啖啖都食到麻醬。雞絲量正常,不過略嫌青瓜絲少,冇左爽脆既口感。輕盈版真係好少,少過其他餐廳,想食就叫番正常size好d。食上海菜唔少得小籠包,皮算薄,不過多汁,內餡多而鮮甜美味。唔錯。整體,要加一,小籠包係唔錯既。不過,而家有好多餐廳既上海菜做得更好食,如果普通食飯,去其他小店更抵而好食。如果聚會個d,環境尼間坐得舒服。
