一講起泰國菜,通常都會令人諗起要去九龍城食正宗嘅泰國菜。但最近旺角新開左一間主打食船麵嘅泰國菜餐廳。所以就約埋朋友係旺角唱完K之後去食餐勁嘅。船麵係泰國獨有嘅食物,同香港車仔麵有幾分相似。正宗船麵通常細細碗幾啖就可以食晒。希望令客人可以食多幾款唔同船麵,做到有「疊碗」嘅效果。不過餐廳嘅老闆希望將船麵嘅文化帶入香港,所以都將船麵嘅份量加大,希望切合返香港人嘅飲食文化。安格斯牛肉船麵 $68 陣陣茴香嘅湯底原來係加入左藥膳嘅成份,配埋泰國直送嘅黃麵將湯嘅精華一滴不漏咁吸收。安格斯牛肉亦入口即融,食落口個陣仲有少少牛油嘅香味,令肉質唔會太乾身。曼谷海鮮湯麵 $128超大隻龍蝦,餐廳亦好細心咁將龍蝦開邊,令我食個陣冇咁狼狽。不過湯底都幾辣,如果唔係太食得辣嘅朋友可能會有少少唔慣。泰式鴨胸乾撈 $48撈麵最緊要係麵底,而餐廳嘅係由黃麵加上五香粉而成,所以食落口個陣會覺得好香,如果配埋清甜嘅湯黎品嚐嘅話又會提升左撈麵嘅層次,令到撈麵唔會太乾身更客易入口。大蝦炒金邊粉 $88金邊粉嘅份量好多,仲有大大隻大蝦。抵食!芭提亞原隻燒雞 $138 燒雞製作需時,如果想試下嘅朋友可以入到餐廳叫左先。之後再慢慢
