還記得,中學時侯已經有這間泰國菜館。雖然已經住屯門這麼久,但這次只是第二次來。今次一行十人,可以品嚐多款菜式。一入座,侍應隨即送上三客蝦片,炸得香脆,很有蝦味。餐牌選擇有很多,有套餐,但我們決定散叫:馬拉盞: 味道可以。冬蔭公湯:材料足,辣味夠。生菜包: 生菜新鮮,豬肉碎加入很多的香料,酸甜又爆香,味道有層次。蒜蓉包: 未夠香脆。咖哩蟹: 好大隻,肉質結實新鮮,辣度恰好,但售價偏貴,索價$588。泰式牛舌: 調味好鹹,肉質較硬,口感像叉燒。明爐烏頭: 新鮮,夠大條,魚肉質嫩滑。炸蝦餅: 外層酥脆彈牙,好有厚度,口感十足,蝦味略淡。生蝦刺身: 蝦肉新鮮,沾上醬汁更加開胃。炒金邊粉:味道一般。鳳爪沙律: 一點味道也沒有。粉絲蝦煲:味道一般,粉絲偏乾身,蝦味淡。
